So far i love practicing with these. They are very forgiving as they shoot just like my field tips. The practice head acts like a judo point so if you blow through a rabbit per say, you will be less likely to lose your arrow in the grass since the locked in practice broadheads grabs onto grass. Also when shooting bag targets, the locked in blades keep your arrow from penetrating so far making it easier to pull out and surprising doesn't mess up the bag targets that bad. However, I wouldn't recommend putting these tips into any wood accidentally, ha, for the blades will bend. Overall I can't wait to see how the real broadheads work on an elk.
